Group OMEGA X is marking a new beginning with the release of their fourth mini-album, 'UNCAPPED'.
Through this mini-album, 'UNCAPPED', OMEGA X delivers a message of freedom and liberation, unbound by any limitations. The album holds special significance as it is the first release featuring the seven-member lineup.
'UNCAPPED' is even more meaningful as it was completed together with their fandom, FOR X. Through the global fandom platform Kooky, fans directly participated in selecting the title track and forming the units for the B-side tracks 'Close to me' and 'Cork'. OMEGA X has infused this album, created alongside their fans, with sincerity and gratitude for this new chapter.
The members' musical involvement is also noteworthy. JAEHAN, YECHAN, and XEN participated in the songwriting and composition throughout the album, with JAEHAN and YECHAN notably credited on every track. XEN also contributed to three tracks, further solidifying OMEGA X's unique musical color.
The album consists of a total of five songs. The title track, 'UNCAPPED', captures the energy of the moment when suppressed emotions explode and lead to liberation, symbolically representing the message of freedom that OMEGA X is newly proclaiming.
The album's quality was elevated by the production team Rhombus, who has worked on various projects for artists including Super Junior, DAESUNG, and BTOB, and who oversaw the overall production and directing.
Alongside their album promotions, OMEGA X will continue to connect with their fans. They are set to hold a fan meeting titled 'ATHLETIC CLUB' at the White Wave Art Center in Seoul on the 30th to celebrate their 5th debut anniversary. Following this, they plan to meet global fans through domestic concerts and tours across the Americas and Asia.
